Andrew Taylor
Originally with a prominent development company, Andy went on to serve some of the region’s highest-profile owners, developers and tenants as an advisor, gaining intimate knowledge of San Diegos’ physical real estate assets and the needs of those who built, owned and used them.
His goal was to create the construction and real estate services industrys’ most respected paint and commercial coatings subcontractor. Hailing from the Boston, MA area and a graduate of Boston College, Andy has called San Diego home for almost two decades and enjoys the regions’ people, places, industries and, of course, the lifestyle and sun.
Don Gililand Jr.
Dons’ experience and reputation in the industry are unparalleled in the region and on the West Coast. Don has over 35 years experience in painting across all industry sectors, most notably multi-family and apartments from California to Washington, Nevada and Arizona. Whether new construction or existing building work, Don has completed over $40M in paint contracts for large and small builders alike, with projects exceeding $1.5B in total construction value.
Dons’ strengths, among many, are communication and thoroughness from pre-construction to on-time/on-budget field work. His dependability and team-oriented approach have won him many life-long clients.
A native of Southern California, when he’s not with his loving family, kids and grandson, you can find Don in the water or on the golf course.
